Day 13

We’ve been printing lots of cool parts, testing the Makerbot’s capabilities. The machine has impressed us with its consistent quality. Yesterday we connected the it to the wireless network and controlled the printer through an iPhone app:

We also began to design out own 3D parts! Below is a linkage we will be using to assemble scaffolding on the animation table. It was designed in SolidWorks.
